|
so i was readin a book for my philosophy class tonight when i realized i wasnt really reading it. subconsciously i was reading it, the words were being formulated but i wasnt paying attention to what i was reading at all. I dont know how i manage to read something and think of something completely different at the same time. whenever i catch myself, i refocus on whatever it is im reading, but like 5 mins later im back to thinking of something else while reading. its a really weird thing to explain, and i dunno if anything like that has ever happened to anyone else. i have a lot of time on my hands. |

first of all im not usually a guster fan, in fact i hate amsterdam, but i like barrel of a gun, thats all there is to it.
im not really looking forward to this semester.....something feels wrong about school right now, like i should be somewhere else instead of wasting away at home....at least im saving a lot of money, and getting alright grades.
south portland is dead when everyone leaves, and i just need to get back into the swing of things with everyone being gone....and warm weather would kick ass, maybe i'll just take a trip to a warm climate |

what an awesome weekend
went down to worcester with ted and ian last night to see
story of the year, hoobastank, pod, and the one and only....
LINKIN PARK
story of the year pulled off a pretty impressive metallica cover, doug from hoobastank sounds a lot like cyndi lauper (is that how you spell her name?), a lackluster performance from pod, but
needless to say, LP kicked some major ass. gotta love seein a group who is just workin it from all aspects, and can get it done on any given night, totally got my moneys worth.
the ride home with ted and ian was quite humorous, and the stop we made in new hampshire at like 1 am was classic.
then today....
my NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS are moving on the to super bowl, just a great feeling.

i had one of those chill at your house nights tonight, which ended up being ok, even though all i did was play solitaire and sit on the computer.
i got to thinking, and i realized i really want to see the movie ANGUS. this was brought on by listening to the song J.A.R. by Green Day....it was on the soundtrack, and its a tight song.
im sick of it being cold, and im actually looking forward to a day where the temperature is going to be 25 degrees (if we're lucky) how sad is that?
im thinkin im gonna try to get to boston for the atmosphere show at the roxy on feb 10th, if anyone wants in let me know, i know only about 4 people read this piece, but if any of you is feelin it let me know.
